TheForkUserThe rooftop bar and restaurant is beautiful with spectacular views. The sushi was superb, as well as the other plates were a feast for the eyes. We had a chance to meet the talented chef Paulo Rosa. Also our waiter Lizandra was very knowledgeable about the menu and was very professional. The hotel in itself is just so pretty and all the staff very friendly. I am definitely coming back.

TheForkUserGreat experience at Fuji sushi. It’s away from the touristy areas. Food was good but having been to sushi places around the world it’s not quite there. Although the fish used were fresh but the sushi rice could improve. Staff were very attentive. The place was nice and intimate. I would come back and try their a la carte menu since I had the omakase.

M27***03The scenery is excellent, their cocktails are great, I recommend trying the mai tai, watching the sunset over the Atlantic Ocean while enjoying a cocktail, it's great. The grilled fish is caught in the waters near the island and tastes very fresh.

TheForkUserThe best part of our experience was the restaurant staff. They made us feel as welcomed as if we were guest in their home. And all of their recommendation were on target. The meal was unforgettable. We will definitely eat there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a complete dining experience and not just a place to eat.
